NEW “SUPER SPORTSMAN EVENT” SET TO KICKSTART WILLOWBANK RACEWAY’S DRAG RACING SEASON

The 2011 / 2012 Drag Racing Season at Willowbank Raceway will be kick started by a BRAND NEW Super Sportsman event this Saturday – November 5th 2011

The Event will feature the huge horsepower and spectacle of Supercharged Outlaws, the speed and power of SuperComp and Competition Bike and the precision and accuracy of Modified, Super Sedan, Super Street, Modified Bike, Junior Dragster and Super Gas.

PLUS you can add to all that the Willowbank Raceway DEBUT of the extremely quick and fast Top Sportsman Sedans and Crazy 8's Street Bikes.

The day features two completely different formats of racing, kicking off with traditional eliminations and then continues on with our new multi round format that will challenge the competitors as they are taken out of their comfort zones.

You will see a range of Supercharged Funny Cars, Dragsters, Altered's, Roadsters, Sedans, Bikes and Junior Dragsters.

This all adds up to an amazing day of incredible Sportsman Racing that gets underway at 9am and will run through until approx 9pm.
